The AI Smart Assessment

The AI Smart Assessment (AISA) offers a modern alternative to current assessments and surveys. It captures and analyzes natural language from existing workplace interactions such as video calls, emails, or messaging platforms and converts it into a structured, science-backed dimensional scores of over 50 workplace-relevant human traits. These include creativity, conscientiousness, empathy, communication style, and leadership potential.


For hiring teams, this means assessing candidates based on how they actually communicate, without requiring extra tests or forms. 


For workforce and talent leaders, it replaces surveys and self-reported tools with continuous, context-aware insights. Organizations can use the same data to flag burnout, support internal mobility, or uncover high-potential talent without disrupting day-to-day work.


All of this is underpinned by decades of validated research in psychology and language. AISA is grounded in the Big Five Personality Model and powered by the LIWC framework, ensuring every output is scientifically rigorous and role relevant.

 AISA was developed in partnership with Florida Atlantic University’s Psych Lab and AI Lab. It’s built on the Big Five Personality Framework (CANOE)—a gold standard in psychological assessment—and powered by LIWC-22, a widely validated language analysis tool. This combination allows AISA to analyze authentic communication and identify core traits like Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Emotional Stability, as well as deeper sub-traits such as resilience, emotional awareness, assertiveness, and strategic thinking.

 Research shows that language is a powerful predictor of personality. Linguistic samples as short as 300 to 500 words can yield reliable insights, with 3,000 to 5,000 words—easily collected during a standard interview—producing 90–95% confidence levels (Pennebaker et al., 2007; Mairesse et al., 2007). AISA uses these foundations to generate trait profiles that are statistically valid, deeply contextual, and highly predictive of workplace behavior. By grounding its analysis in natural, unfiltered communication, AISA offers a more authentic understanding of personality than traditional self-report assessments.
