Hi, I’m Marney — an AWS Certified AI Practitioner and Machine Learning Engineer with a background in strategy, law, and building AI tools that actually work in the real world.
Over the years, I’ve helped companies across logistics, finance, insurance, and SaaS figure out how to make tech feel less like a science project and more like a practical solution. I started in consulting and product development roles at places like PwC, Genpact, and Loadsmart — then dove headfirst into the world of AI at GoGig, where I led the development of an explainable personality assessment platform powered by AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and a lot of good coffee.
My approach is simple:
Find the friction. Pilot fast. Prove the value. Then scale with confidence.
I’ve launched everything from onboarding copilots to internal SOP search agents to AI assessments that help teams understand communication styles, leadership potential, and change readiness — all without overwhelming users or IT.
